Sorry just had to google adroit....
We do have an adroit recruitment manager. His name is Ian adroit Millward and he is doing an adroitly adroit job! He reeks or adroitment. He is full of adroitness, stacked with the stuff.
If you don't like his adroitful nature then get adroited Jimmy!

Your adroitly reply made me smile.

Mate, how good is your source?
That would be fantastic if we had him for 2020 but I would say if that was the case and Widdop wanted a release they would just take Johnson now.
Well obviously not good.
Sorry about that :tired_face::tired_face:
He’s a mate with links to Souths & that was going around in their camp. I think I’ll just keep my mouth shut:zipper_mouth::zipper_mouth: in future, although he has given me good things at times.

Bit late replying, sorry a friend of mine who’s tied up with Souths told me it was going around at souths but obviously wrong. Forget I even opened my mouth :grinning::grinning:

Still could be right ole mate.
Sharks will get done again for being over the cap and have to shed players.
There more than a 50% chance of being right.

Dont let this little hiccup stop you, this is what we all want to see. Rumours are great
if they have any sort of substance behind them. Its the ones that are totally made up that are a waste of time.

Shaun Johnson a shark for next 3 years. 5/8.
They have assembled a very strong roster now. If they can keep guys like Morris, Dugan, Gallen fit they'll be hard to beat.
I don’t think so mate
Gallen one or two years too long
Duges, defends ok, offers nothing else
Morris, ok....but not like he once was,
Maybe fall into the top 8
Around about where we might be

Alex Johnston. We offered him the fullback role when Josh Dugan moved to sharks and he knocked it back (article nrl.com 28th March 2018)
I reckon now with Bennett on his way to Souths and Johnston likely to shift back the wing, Dragons might make a play for him to play fullback

No I think we target him for his rightful best position a speedy WINGER and finisher..who can fill in at fullback if needed. Now to me.. thats smart recruiting, obviously and deservedly between that elite winger and fullback money.. $$$. If not... pressure Robert Jennings and lure him over

Not sure about Jennings, he was fortunate to be on the end of a backline which were very good at creating overlaps & in most cases caught the ball with no one in front of him. A bit like Merritt. Johnston I think is a better option

Yeh but are not most wingers. Maybe Radrada and Addo Carr are exceptions but Jennings gets Souths sets off to a good start he is quick out of the ruck as well.
Name me wingers now that zip zip through the defense scoring long range tries without an intercept apart from above...Cory O..maybe.
