Im with you if reports are true that jack was telling players he was off to the dragons then we have a similar situation to what balmain went through with matterson who wanted out . If Jack starts "kicking stones" then the broncs may just have to come back to us with a new offer which could be well what we wanted in the firat place . Im extremely "happy" that this new regime is playing hard ball with player selection old supercoach would have rolled over and committed more of the salary cap just to get the team we wanted !!!!!!!! looks like hook and co are a different ( thank god) model . Maybe we will get him on the rebound down the track hopefully by that stage the JDB case has concluded and then playing roster can be tweaked .. we only need Bird at the right price - Hooks price !!

I'm 75% sure the Bird rumour will happen, it could be a total failure but it might also be fantastic he is a Origin player after all.

Also I’d assume before any contracts are signed Bird would have to go through a thorough medical

Standing down someone on full pay to allow them to focus on the charge is in no way saying they are guilty.

If so how come in the World game One of the best players in the game is allowed to play when he has a rape charge over his head? And is being treated like a role model by most in the game? This guy even paid the victim 375k to stay quiet after the incident which they have proof. And that happened 10 years ago. Pretty sure I heard NBA and NFL players played on with serious charges.
