Yep NickT & Ackers are locked for devs... we dunno where TomE ends up yet... and any left over spots I think will be eaten up by some of the Flegg players that we might need to promote.

Edit: Forgot about LKT, he will almost certainly have 1 of those positions also.

I don't think Lawson will be staying as a dev for long.. I doubt the minimum salary is enough... it just keeps him tucked away and able to train with us, whilst we are essentially full.... those last 3 spots have to stay open while we are in discussions for ouy half + prop + halves depth.

By all reports it seems Lawson has been signed on a Development Deal , which is great moving by Flanno giving us space in the Top 30

a few points …

No signs of a leak with Lawson. Good sign that the leaks are all coming from outside the club now. I wasn’t so sure of that a while back.

Starting to look like Hunt is going to get a haircut … well deserved.

Flanno is getting us there, players are going to want to play for us again. He deserves it too, this isn’t happening by accident.

I‘m pretty happy with how things are looking for the first time in a long while and I’m looking forward to two more big announcements.

That rule got scrapped, they can play from Round 1 now.

I just think we would have offered him more money to come to league than 100-150k whatever the max dev salary is, I think we just have to reshuffle a few deck chairs before next season.

Hoping we can fill another deck chair or 2 this week =)

Watching that highlights reel, apart from being impressed with his size, athletism and SPEED, I was really impressed with his aggression in defence. At one point he stops a bloke scoring in a strong Matt Cooper style tackle.
