And it gets worse as we all head to be "old timers" :)
This is a fact. All of our hormone production and hormone receptivity drops off as we age and that brings various deficits. I am 65 and earlier this year I noticed I was definitely starting to have memory problems. Trouble remembering words in particular. This was alarming bcs 65 is the common starting age for the various forms of dementia.

I did some reading and based on that started taking melatonin (for sleep, which is when memory formation occurs) and pregnenolone (a hormone precursor). They are both over the counter products. Result after four months? I fall asleep fast and sleep like a top. Dream like a crazy person (I like that) and my memory has bounced back. Wife says my general mood is also better and more relaxed.

Old age, it creeps up on you.

Nothing like a bit of 'reverse phycology'

You know the 'O' in OMO = opinion
That's what forums are for - open opinion

Why must u insult all who have a different opinion

"stupid" IMO.
So do you want me to post an opinion that isn’t mine?

Funny you want to protest about the use of the word “stupid” when words like merkin etc are widely used in description if all sorts of people including posters, players, coaches, journos, referees etc etc etc

IMO you are being rather precious especially when even the smartest of people can be stupid sometimes.

Have you had any side effects with melatonin and pregnenolone Jubilee?

I think the confusion here is even if Rava plays the entire year in reserve grade (which he 100% will if he stays), hes still contracted in our Top 30, i.e. only 17 players (+18th man) fit in 1st grade, the rest will play reserves.

Unfortunately Rava (and Lawrie) are contracted for 2025 and 2026.. otherwise it wouldnt be as big a deal to write them off.. my feeling is by april or june this year, if neither player is even close to seeing 1st grade, maybe they will be more open to a UK move to rekindle their careers.

If im honest though, I dont even think Rava plays reserve grade unless hes in some form.. there are other guys who need those development wing positions (assuming we arent carrying injuries).
I don’t think Lawrie will want to head to England after being married recently.

Bizarre that you get that out of my post. As if anyone could ask you to post something that is not your opinion Hahahah,

Another self-serving and false interpretation. As if I protested about the word 'stupid' - lol.
It's the fact that you clearly lumber everyone, whose opinion differs from yours into one category.

No matter what, we all know your initial moral objection regarding the appointment of Flanno still eats away at you.

FFS wake up I’m not lumbering anyone into any category and you did complain about the use of the word “stupid “ inferring that I’m calling people stupid which again is incorrect.

This debate started out about Ryles and not S F and the psychology degree you seem to now have obviously came out of a Weeties box

I am more than capable of separating issues around ability and emotion

Have you had any side effects with melatonin and pregnenolone Jubilee?
No, no side efffects. I started with a small dose of melatonin - 10 mg - and now take 40mg melatonin. I could probably take less. The pregnenolone I started with half a capsule but now take the entire cap, 100 mg.

Note that I am not on any kinds of prescription meds, so there is nothing there for me to mess up.

That's good Jubilee. I'm taking quite a lot of prescription meds unfortunately and mainly for the heart so I don't want to mess around with anything that might cause other problems. Good luck with your "meds" and I enjoy your posts mate.

Surely you can understand the reason why some Saints fans are dirty on Ryles is purely because he turned his back on the club he played for and they support. The club needed him more than ever and he turned his back on them and joined Parra. Saints offered him the head coaching role FFS and said no.

Anyway, they have the same respect for Ryles like he seems to have for same for Saints. Not much.

Ryles applied for a job that our BOD saw fit to interview D Y for ffs what does that tell you for a start. Don’t forget they punted Hornby and he hasn’t been herd of since but good old Deano just keeps on turning up.

Ryles turns us down as conditions he requested were obviously turned down.

He refused to have his hands tied by an incompetent interfering BOD’s which is the very thing we need from our coach aka Bennett.

S F gets the job and we automatically get D Y and S F then signs K F ffs and not only that he gets a saloon passage into the halves.

Ryles goes to Parramatta and his hands are not tied and he lives or dies on his own reconnaissance which is what he wanted from us.

Do you really think if Ryles was with us and he had his own way that D Y or K F would be part of the group?

As per usual this place finds away to unload on a former player because he wouldn’t put up with our shit or conform to allow nepotism to flourish.

Everyone’s entitled to their opinion of course. Mine is that I don’t care two hoots about Ryles’ coaching ability. I just hope we beat Parra and every other opponent.

I’ve been putting off taking melatonin- did it take long to work or did it work straight away?
