Strange. They would have to have come up with a deal with us even though Molo has lawyered up. For that reason i doubt its him

And the other thing is, how many great young players move through a club in ten years? The NRL is an unstoppable talent conveyor belt. Why tie your club to just one player for ten years? Madness.

Five years ago, Tyrell Sloane, Jayden Sullivan and Junior Amone were the future of our club and we were all excited about their combination and what they achieved in the Juniors and what they could do for our struggling club in the future. Today, two of them are gone with no prospect of them ever returning and Sloane's career, as a full-back at least, is hanging by a thread.

Ten year players, whether it be due to age, form, injury or attitude, rarely can maintain a high level of performance. Naive to think otherwise.

The other thing is we need to offload players now to be able to afford to sign new players with 2/3rds of their salary still available. If we wait longer, we won’t have enough in the cap.

It is a distinct possibility now that the Molo brothers could be off the books prior to the round 1 game v Dogs.
Flanagan must be working the phones overtime with the player managers to get some deals done asap.
Klemmer looking likely, but with both Molos gone, still one spot to fill would be great if we had room for that unexpected late late signing for 2025.

Yar sounds like Mick is up to go overseas.. thats a big call for him.. if someone is interested and even if we pay a little.. there wont be many dollars involved at all.. and then we get Klemmer in + Lawson or anyone else Flanno has in mind.. would be a good outcome.. must have been an odd feeling for Mick at the dragons season opening night..

I think Rava, Lawrie, Fifita are also possible, but I think they are going to be mid-season or even end of season..
