Then is their strength and endurance not included in their fitness regime? I thought we signed some great fitness staff who would get the players to play with a lot of energy for the whole 80 minutes? Line speed is one of the biggest factors in defence to stop the opposing team from gaining too much ground before kicks and of course stop scoring tries. Same as in attack.

St George Illawarra Dragons is Kelly Penfold. She also works as a Speed and Conditioning Coach for the Catalans Dragons. Is she doing a good enough job for the StGI Dragons?
