Ramsey and his doctors seem to have done a great job and so, I trust that they know what they ae doing. If Ramsey is not up to it, they would surely not have him playing in reserve grade.

Cody's heavy training regime dictates a limited calorie intake (Or he won't finish a game or session without a toilet) and his body's inability to produce natural salts make it almost impossible to gain weight.

However, post football, hopefully Cody will be able to put on some weight like your son.

I'm sure you are proud of your sons' efforts.

All good Hound. It is a horrid desease and anyone that can make it back to professional sport deserves all the praise and admiration that comes their way. I was sceptical that Cody could come back but he has blown my concerns out of the water. Lets hope he can still keep building and helping the club as God knows, we need way more of his dedication and guts.

thats a good pt, those players are in the newcastle extended still.. even though Dom Young is now the starting winger... assume we will want it resolved before team list tuesday, then again tbh I dont rly see any of these guys as game changing in any way.. might be better than our current options marginally, but its a low bar.

I think Schiller has a lot of mistakes in his game. If we do sign him, and I think he has more in the thrust department than Sloan and Allan, he has to minimise his mistakes.

Off topic. If there is a game that looks so rigged, it's the one on tonight in Perth. By crikey it is so obvious. That Klein guy who is officiating is willy nilly giving the Maroons a clear passage to take this SOO game to a one all affair so the decider will be in play.

Hey must say that Qld must be happy with the 9 to nil penalty count in the 1st half, plus six agains.

I thought they usually let things go in SOO. Both teams were tackling and grappling and holding down the same but one team was getting penalties galore. Very unusual but maybe that’s how it will be officiated now I guess.

Even Cleary stepped inside 3 Qld blokes and then pushed through Ponga to score but some other Qld bloke 3 metres away standing next to a NSW bloke was said to be interfered with.

Oh knock me down with a feather, NSW scored 4 trys in the second half when the penalties dried up; almost no matter what happened the whistle wasn’t blown. It even took a captains challenge to finally get NSW one penalty for the Zacky’s tackle in mid air; otherwise that was play on as far as Kleiny judgement called it. A funny game is rugby league.
