extending the contracts of players we really want to keep who have emerged and their market value has gone thru the roof

making sure players we are talking to now and managers can see a very healthy stacked pipeline of junior and emerging FG talent locked in to counter the new teams joining the NRL next couple years..........absolute premium dollars will be offered......out pricing many

I would throw 1mil at Kolomatangi, save that 500k extra they would throw at Tino and use it to get another solid backrower like Talakia if he is available as he can play in the backrow and centre. Much better player than Suli. Talakai at his best is a machine. Henry at Penrith is another to throw money at. Also look as Te Marie Martin as a stop gap for Kade Reed if he is the guy for the future or just go all in for Savala at the Chooks to solve the halves problem. If Saints can land Kolomatagi, Henry/Talakai and Te Marie Martin/Savala that is a pretty good trade window for the Saints. All 5 would be perfect.
