The Dragons are reportedly set to offer South Sydney’s Test enforcer Keaon Koloamatangi a mega $5 million deal to join the club after striking out on a number of high-profile stars.

Koloamatangi is off-contract in 2026 and has been linked with the Raiders and Eels, but the Dragons are bidding to come over the top with a monster offer.

I see everyone is excited about Keon. He is 27 I think, another year at bunnies makes him at least 28 when he comes on at year deal, meaning over 33 at the end. Makes me think…

Yeah i'd rather a 4 year deal with mutual option for the 5th year but i don't think he'll drop off massively when he's 33. JWH for Roosters was good at 35. So i don't really mind offering Keaon a 5 year deal.

Technically correct. He is contracted for '26.

However, i believe this is a pot stir by the Bunnies socials, and a rehash as some have already pointed out.

Not saying he won't stay at the Bunnies, but no decision has been made yet, according to what I've heard.

I don't think we will know of these details until they make an official offer.

With all due respect, why do you it yourself ? If supporting the club creates so much angst for people whats the point ?

Someone told him that the JV would be stripped of the licence by the end of 2025 and it be handed to St George, so he still thinks he's going to get his team back. Only a few weeks to go before he has to find another fantasy while he despises the club.
