The Rumours Thread

There is no arrangement 'KK for Guler'. The Dragons have signed KK and are still looking for another two recruits who are current or former representative players. I'd say in 2027, Leilua, Lawrie, Sloan, Guler, and Sele are off contract. So, recruiting another couple of quality players in 2026 would be a sensible thing to do.
Yes. That makes sense.

mentioned elsewhere, of those listed coming off contract, only Leillua and Sele have potential to stick around and in vastly reduced offers, based on upside, at that, if at all.

Thsts a lot of roster spots and cap space at just the right time with this crop of youngsters coming through.

Not sure there’s anything else out there to replace Latu as a middle tbh, but we’ll see.

Just asking.
And if he is a reliable source I would like to follow him.
If you didn’t like replying then why reply ?
Sorry, I thought you were trying to be a smart arse. It is difficult to tell sometimes on this forum whether a post is a genuine request or a cynical dig.

I dont know the poster, I was just trying to followup what another poster posted.
If you don't know what was said on tiktok or can provide a link why ask?
What a nonsense post.

If I knew what was said I wouldn't be asking if someone on here could let me know what was said.

This is why people leave the forum. This was a simple request asking whether anyone had any further info re: signings on the Rumours thread.

He suffers from delayed onset insult syndrome. Managed to play his international games fine then months later became completely immobilised that he was asked why can’t he have a drink.

Contracts should never be rigisted with NRL. The above players should have been made to serve out their contracts or pay clubs for breach of contract.

Not quite true

He was not going to go to the end of year function because of alcohol being present. Dean Young said words to the effect of "just come in, shake some hands and say well done for the year, you don't have to drink"

And that, he took offence to and went with the mental health card, where even complaining to the RLPA they said basically "you serious?"

Good f**king riddance

Who then, it's a legal document. Maybe secure digital registration possm.
The NRL still has to ratify contracts to screen for salary cap cheating, etc.
To stop the Galvins, you have to stop managers from being so unscrupulous.
The NRL needs to show some backbone, which atm, probably looks like Monty Burns'

Just so Nutz. However not only the managers but also executives of opposing clubs giving their 2 bobs worth of what would be best for individual players . Gus Gould’s big grubby hands were all over young Calvin’s decision to leave the Tigers and that was just so wrong, yet the NRL sat back and done nothing to prevent him from walking out the door leaving the West Tigers supporters fuming .

As you have pointed out the NRL should enforce their own anti - tampering regulations to the letter of the law .

I read somewhere today Gareth that they are finally going to do something solid about anti - tampering but how much confidence have you got with this and do you believe that Gus doesn't tell pork pies

About as much confidence as when I was told that the Dutch kid put his thumb in a dyke , therefore saving Holland from being flooded ! Now anyone with just a smattering of grey matter in their noggin realizes that you would need to use an entire fist . And as far as Gus doesn’t tell porkies , well let me just say that he owns a pie shop somewhere in the Canterbury area of Sydney, but unfortunately eats all the profits !

At least that is what I was told and as farmer Brown would say - “ I ain’t nobody’s fool “ !🧑‍🌾
