The moron wont answer your question. Ignoring this "rust" is the best way to make them disappear. The worse the club goes, the more they energise. Definitely not fans. Just shit stirrers who get enjoyment out of our pain. They're probably shit Dogs supporters
0-5. You probably accept mediocrity you fkwit

It’s quite toxic. Yes, we are all unhappy with Flanno, his team selections, recruitment and most importantly results. But when you can’t even give credit where it’s due for something positive that the club has done, its like the rage from losing has overtaken all common sense and nothing can be done right, not even signing an origin calibre prop. It’s tantrums and toys from cot just for the sake of it

KK will need a good coach to get him playing in the same vane of form as he has now.

Previous to Bennett at the Rabbitohs, he was not all that great of a player. Everyone can go back and watch a replay of a game in the hook days, where everyone's favourite Mbye slipped right around him on the goal line and scored a try.

If Flanagan is still running this club in to the ground when KK arrives, everyone will be bitterly disappointed at the signing after half a season or so.

The Dragons need to upgrade our fitness drills and hold players accountable if their fitness is not up to standard. The head coach should not select unfit players to play in our first-grade team.

Bennett has a top 4 player list and will welcome Haas to the Rabbits in 2027. In my opinion, KK will be our only marquee player as the likes of Gutherson, Cook, Holmes, and Leilua are well past their used by date.

Fitness is not concern. Smart decisions and reactions under pressure is; smart play means you maintain game momentum and tackle less- work on that!
I think fitness is a smaller part of it but you are correct. Watching Penrith as the standard - literally have the close-to-perfect game at the moment - their players are smart, aware and alert in each moment. They run with purpose, and watch the oncoming defence, thinking ahead rather than reacting at the last moment. They are not all necessary superstars but when the bulk of the team is playing with this mentality, tenacity and confidence they make each other more impactful players, and feed off each other. With this they make the bounce of the ball and 50/50 moments go their way - with the energy they bring and the masterful way their halfback keeps the ball on a string.

Us in comparison. Lots of one out stuff, not very supportive of or instinctive about one another or the opposition, and usually do something panicked, erratic, or just wait for someone else to do it. We have been like this for years. Tiny bits of spark or physicality but no real plan or concentration.

Interesting conversation from my man inside the Storm, apparently they didn't rate Atkinson at all (& that was putting it nicely). Really couldn't believe we went after him with such little proven game time.

Assume you mean Atkinson. Yes seems like he has some ability but ideally we should have paired him with someone like Fogherty for a couple of years while Reed was getting ready.

Anyone think our beloved team can make the finals anytime soon think again
Will we ever see the finals
I mean look the all the teams with the right talent, structure, and fancy the storm getting belted like that by the panthers and we are not even a coooweeee with the Storm
How on earth did this great team become so out of touch .

We will play finals again, once the Illawarra is removed. 0-5

I don’t about that
The excellence centre is in Wollongong
Half the training is In Wollongong
Half the games is in Wollongong
What have we got 1/3 share now
Do we still have split board, we know how that pans out, back stabbing left right and centre and favouritism
Fugen mess

Meh. It's Atkinson by the way.
People forget how good he was for the Sharks in '24 and that several clubs were chasing him at the time we signed him.
Put the 6 on his back and a proper halfback next to him and he'll be fine.

Agree. Once Reed establishes himself in the nrl we will need to pay him a mozza to keep him. Having a reliable and cheap partner like Atkinson next to him will allow us to afford the big bucks for Reed.

From reading other posters comments it seems we are developing a few halves options around the 16/17 year old level so hopefully in a few years we have serious competition in the halves. At the end of the day the superstar halves will not move to the dragons at the moment so we need work with what we have.

If they are not fit enough, and they are not, then the players do not have the energy for line-speed, chasing high kicks, and backing up players who make a break.

I say, first get them fit, then teach them skills and hold them accountable for executing those skills.
