The South Sydney refereeing conundrum

Souths have had the second most penalties blown against them this year, and are tenth for having won penalty counts in this season. Some of you need a reality check, especially Dragons fans who are a lofty first for won penalty counts

This says it all!!!

The funny thing is the bias isn't even subtle these days. To beat Souffs you're going to have to make the most of limited opportunities and defend your socks off when people (unnamed) are riding them home.

Haha. They've got no answer. Lol!

The second try was the blatant obstruction, the fact that neither you or BranVan could pick up on it despite it being so blatant just shows how unworthy both opinions are in this thread.

Lol:lol:

I've got a great knowledge of the NRL.

Still not over what happened last year I can see!

It's about time you got over it:lol:

You f**king dunce! My missus is a rabbit fan so I'm more than happy to see Souths do well.

Watch Souths vs St George this year and last year. Souths were on losing streaks leading into both games. Went with Souths mates both years and a neutral support this year and they were both laughing at the run of the green that Souths got. Last year was just comical - yes we got flogged but it didn't help how many penalties that Souths were getting with an attacking set in our half nearly every set. In my whole life going to games I have never been to a game like that watching my team get flogged and actually feeling sorry for the team knowing that they were completely out of puff getting penalised out of the game. I was wondering what the point was of attending the game seeing the ref influence the game so much.

Went to game this year, dragons should have shut it down in first half with couple of bombed tries but that Bryson Goodwin knock on in goal with piggy backed penalties broke dragons backs everyone knew that was the turning point

Maloney picks up the ball in an off side position, refs didn't check it, refs are biased towards roosters, blah blah blah

Maloney wasn't off side, the obstruction call was correct, the rule is just dumb.

Both could have gone either way, but conveniently went roosters way, blowing your whole 'Roosters don't get any go their way' theory.

Imagine if it was souths that had those calls go their way, morons would be on here complaining the NRL is rigged, the fix is on, the refs aren't even trying to hide their bias etc. ..

So it goes to show every team has a few go their way

The fact you don't know what we mean is hilarious!

We are talking about the Vatuvei try.

The set before the Warriors knocked the ball on over the dead ball line. But the ref said AJ tapped the ball dead when he didn't. Souths should have had a 20m tap but instead it was a drop out.

This gave the Warriors a big leg up leading to the Vatuvei try.

Hargreaves fell over pretty much on that no try obstruction to the Sharks.

Hargreaves would never have got there to make the tackle anyway.

Yes it was messy play by the Sharks but it was a 50/50 in favour of the Roosters.

Also J. Bird kicks on the last and a Rooster plays at it with his leg and the ball rebounds and just misses Bird's leg. The ref rules it off Bird when he shouldn't have. Yet another call in Rorters favour.

Sharks in the tackle getting the Roosters around the head with their hands were penalised, yet when the Roosters were around the Sharks heads in the tackle they got away with it.

I could continue blah blah blah blah....................

Has it really descended in to this? Slanging match over who gets the benefit of the shittier referreing?

It's pretty much what this argument is about, my team gets dudded more than your team!!. All teams get dudded at some time or an other, it all even outs in the end and the good teams will be always successful and bad teams will be shit no matter what the referees are like.

This Rabbits20 fella has to be 13-14 at the most. Souths fan post = agree mate, non Souths fan posts = you hate Souths and know nothing. f**king dribbler of the highest order. Doesn't he have a Lol@benji thread to spam somewhere

I think you're over estimating. He (?) is 12 at the most.
Now alien, maybe 13-14 there.
He wrote to the NRL to complain about a 'bias' commentator on Fox. Ain't that cute?
