God yes!!! Going back to Phillipines on January 26 for 5 weeks. Woohoo!!

Jealous! I f**king love the Philippines.

----

This Tanzania trip is proving expensive. Spent $300 today on getting vaccinations/medications for Yellow Fever, Hep A, Malaria, and Typhoid.

Still need to get appropriate safari attire (NFI what that is) and travel insurance.

Africa had better be f**king amazing.

Did a safari in Tanzania last Jan. Our proper Safari attire consisted of those long pants that zip the bottom off to be shorts, a light long sleeve shirt (think it was extra UV) a short sleeve shirt (think it had impregnated bug repellent, certainly each had at least one of them) quick dry socks for about 3 days, similar for undies and a broad brim hat.

Comfortable shoes.

Also take a light jumper as evenings can get cool.

As to being amazing all 4 of our family rate it the best trip any of us has done and we have done a fair few.

Thanks for the tip. Not sure where I'll find any of that out my way, but I'll get on it. I definitely want something lighter than jeans and a heavy button up, which is about the best I have right now.

Newcastle Tuggerah or Gosford, don't need to go all the way to Syd.

Tickets booked for February!

Nines were fun, view was good, seats were shit. New Zealand fans were mostly shit, bailing for most of the day outside the Warriors games. Superbowl on the wharf was sick, spent a bit too much money on grog and the casino. Motel room had no air con, wanted to die. Bottle-o beers were cheap, pub beers were not.

Not too bad a trip. No idea where next.

Touchdown at the airport and ordered dinner. Have realised that it is near midnight over there already. So tired. Will walk around Mall of Asia tommorow to refresh memories and my way around.
