You've got every right to privacy, but bringing up the example you have and refusing to explain why you think she's confused in at least general terms is a bit of a cop out and a seemingly baseless accusation.

I can totally accept that you choose not to, but also accept that with that choice come the consequence of looking like you have completely dodged the question.
