I dont think apathy is an indicator of 'growing balls'. Repression of the sport of rugby league is happening. Its more decent to have this unfairness exposed, discussed and hopefully avoided into the future. Otherwise rugby league will never achieve its natural growth which should be well above the reach of the outdated and inferior code of rugby union.

Stallion, how many private schools compared to public schools in NSW and QLD Stallion? They play Union in private schools. Why dont other sports whinge they get the same chance as Rugby League does? I wouldn't gloat. Repression is a sad form of biggotry. Their is mounting fact and union types like yourself will try to deflect and spoil the truth coming out. And the rich private school system is universal so the propagation of the very undeserving code of union is an establishment thing and not based from genuine popularity of the masses. Rugby league is a breakaway code from rugby union. It needs to be called rugby league as it reflects the history of the code. Just happens you are right and rugby league is a superior form of football code however we have an 'older' version of rugby actively limiting its growth. This is the reality. An awareness of this biggotry needs to be made public knowledge. Their is logic and fact behind this sports repression and its not known as most people dont question the way things are even if they seem strange. Bringing an awareness is part of solving this disgraceful situation. Hiding it under the carpet is not doing the code of rugby league any justice whatsoever.

Other sports over there get triple or quadruple that amount annually.
It will always be a minor sport over there until they can produce born and bred Fijian players playing for them not Sydney and Auckland born and bred players.
