..... this site is a cracker - am supposed to be finishing a uni assignment and have just spent all afternoon downloading videos and watching the great men (Peachey, ET, Treister, Barnett, Davidson, T) in action - gets a bod to thinking... if Peach and Stevens are really going this year (and I, with all my fluffy heart hope it isn't so) then we need to pull our finger out and get cracking so that we can win a GF with some of the "old" guys still around (Peach, Stevens, Mellor with Raper and ET coaching/assisting).

How good is finals football when we are playing well -I am sure there are more than a few forumites on here that remember how good the game against Brisbane at Shark Park was (year ???). Couldn't talk for a week after.

The legends stuff also make me wonder where the next generation that bleed black, white and blue are - in the mold of ET, Treister, Peach, Healey. Gotta love the club men

I am pretty sure the finals game you are talking about is the 1999 1st vs 8th gmae we belted the Broncos in.

How awesome are the videos on this site. I downloaded almost all of them, including the 1996 Semi Final highlights which was unbelievable to watch. That Barnett try, Peachey try and ET try brought the passion and the tears from my eyes. Truly incredible!

How bout Ray Warren and Peter Sterling in the commentary box gasping after Barnett lept for that try over Sailor in the 96 Semis. That was classic! He came out of nowhere - Barnett - How good was it!! I kept replaying the highlights over and over again. And that scrum try, the best ever I've seen for a try from the scrum - go Peachey! Far out.

No Emus in Emu Park anymore, the bloody developers have discovered the joint and are now using their $$$$ power.

Mate I'm still alive, just don't get out much anymore, they've up'd me medication. Then I got gout.... then I had to rehydrate after kicking the gout.... you know the story.. its just one vicious cycle after another...and then they tell me I am a hypercondriac.... Christ, I'm not scared of water.

But any site that promotes the boys in the black white and blue is great.
