Listened to this a few times this weekend & have decided I like it. Pretty much just classic rock, I reccomend to anyone who likes this stuff to give it a go.

Them Crooked Vultures (abbreviated as TCV) is a rock music supergroup that formed in Los Angeles, California in 2005. Comprising drummer Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Probot, Queens Of The Stone Age), vocalist and guitarist Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age, Kyuss, Eagles of Death Metal) and bassist and keyboardist John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin), the band also features Alain Johannes (What Is This?, Eleven, Queens of the Stone Age) as a live rhythm guitarist

I think scumbag blues is probably my favourite track but the whole album is great.

It really grows on you! I love Gunman, scumbag blues, Elephant, Mind Eraser (Dave does some vocals) and New Fang also halfway through "No one loves me and neither do I" its awesome when that chunky riff comes in! Im gonna try and get a ticket to the syd show been real busy!

I just bought it, will give it a go and see what its like. The first track kind of reminds me of the doors.

Reptiles is the best song on the album - it is a really solid bit of work. You can hear all the influences from the band members original bands in the album. Probably the best album of the year for mine.

Mate asked me what it was like, and I said it was a merging of Led Zepplin, Qotsa, and FF.... probably leaning more to Qotsa though.

Still trying to let it grow on me, I havent loved it from the start like most. No song yet to make its way onto the ipod (or walkman for those of my vintage....) for when I go for a run.

Track 5 so far has the best chance.
