You still make phone calls from a red box ol'mate

Take Cronk out of the Storm system and he would not have been the same player.

Put Sterling into any team and he would have excelled.

And I do think Cronk is bloody good player. But against Sterling? Please

Didn't think you were up for nibble ol'mate. I get a giggle out of these kind of player comparisons, most of the people voting for Sterlo wouldn't have watched every game he played as I did, nor would they understand how requirements have differed from then to now

I'm content to say I wouldn't have a clue how Sterling would've handled fresh waves of forwards raining on his parade or how Cronk would have handled Lamb the Jaw Breaker . . . like I said I've witnessed every step of it all from then to now, each step one upwards and different . . . but don't stop on my account, I enjoy the laugh

By the way what does take Cronk out of a system have to do with anything . . . his end result counts as much as Gibson's Sterlo does

Mate I knew you were having a fish, just telling it how I see it.

Sterling would handle it the way Cronk does IMO. Put Sterlo in a gym 5 days a week instead of the local after 6pm training and you'd get the desired result.

Put Cronk in an ad lib environment away from Bellamy's tit and you may get a different result.

You can put weight on, you can't manufacture a chess players mind like Sterlo.

Glad I could provide your Sunday morning shits and giggles mate!

It is fun to guess isn't it ol'mate . . . but I still think Gibson was as good as Bellamy, that's one comparison I won't scoff at
