No conspiracy. Just a high level rumour that was made before the 5 try haul.
& take away the 5 try haul by Reick, are the club really that wrong?
I would not be getting my hopes up if I was everybody about Reick duplicating that performance.
The PL backs played in a lot of space on the weekend & Reick did a wingers job. Nothing too flash. No chip & regathers, leaps for bombs, 100 m trys etc.
he just did a good job & scored 5 tries.
I would prefer he scored 1 & stopped 4. (ya know what Imean)

Reece Blaney is a local junior who was halfback for Endeavour's Arrive Allive Cup team last year. He has been injured all year and got a start last week off the bench in PL and seems to have got the job this week.
(He also played half for cronulla in the A Grade rep match the Jack Gibson Cup)

We have better halves in Flegg IMO though and it we are serious about giving that comp a shake i can understand why he is in PL. Good luck to him though as i am ok mates with him.

Just on the first grade team i like it and it would be great if that side took the field but i am guessing it wont happen.

apparently bozza's been on fire recently in PL - can anybody confirm / deny ? i'm surprised to see him picked but i'll be very glad to be proven wrong.

noddy may not be 110% (!) but he'll play if he can get on the field at all because we desperately need him and given our terrible points differential this (and every other game this year) may very well be a 'must win'. no good for us to possibly finish equal points with 7,8 & 9 because we will definitely be 9th and that's audi 5K for the black white and blue. watch for the chooks to run at him to test his fitness.

galloway better chow down on raw meat and angry pills all week. we need another big angry unit fire up son !!

i have no doubt the rest of the pack will continue to aim up as they have done in recent weeks. they'll need to for us to be any chance of springing what would definitely be an upset. bailey, gallen and co. will rip in all day i'm looking forward to the contest.

i haven't been able to get to a game since the 'bird-gate' debacle at sfs. it won't quite take a miracle but i'm praying for a better sharks performance and akick start to run into the semis.
