I know we're only in Round 7, but is anyone seriously going to stop the Storm or the Broncos?
In an incredibly dour year for point scoring, Melbourne and Brisbane have actually managed to rack up plenty of points a game. And have they actually looked challenged in games? Brisbane have had some tight calls, yet they've looked comfortable in every game (yes, I know the Broncos lost to the Cowboys, which was a miraculous win). Melbourne have looked unstoppable.
The embarrassing for and against for the entire ladder tells the rest of the story. The Tigers, Titans and Eels are diabolical, the rest have moments of brilliance but mostly put in terrible performances. It's no wonder we see so many low scoring games at the moment.
The ladder is effectively:
1.Melbourne
2. Brisbane
3. Daylight
