2014-15 were the worst years for injury I've ever seen a club have. 2016 after they were booted and we were fine
Its good to see pretzel back in the fold. This club has lost its way in the last 10 years and exposing the current playing group to guys like this can only have a good effect.

Twal was rookie of the year for Tigers imo. His motor was fantastic, but what was incredible was his error rate. I think he missed 4 tackles in his first 5 games (IN TOTAL - avg <1 missed tackle a game).
I definitely see him as a starting prop. Soak up the first 20 minutes with consistent defence then let Mautilino come on at a crucial time to break the game open. I reckon Sue will get a bench spot for his utility value at in both forwards and back row.
ET is the one that is difficult to place. Play him at lock and you have a ball playing a tackle machine, or put him at 2nd row and displace Lawrence or Mcqueen.....not sure how it will go
The more I see him play the more I like Twal starting next season with Grant and Mautalino coming off the bench.
I'd have ET and Aloai in the 2R with Eisenhuth at Lock; Lawrence and McQueen fighting-it-out for one of the bench seats.
Undoubtedly injuries will play their part but that's the strongest line-up AFAIC.
Yep we have obvious & unprecedented depth in the forwards.I like this line-up as well. Sue misses out though and personally I'd have him somewhere but he has to play up the middle. I'm also not sure if Aloiai goes better up the middle. I still like Lawrence as a player as well.
We really have some depth in the forwards now.

My primary concern is the spine. The more I think about our spine the lower my confidence & expectations are for ‘18.We clearly have one of the worst if not the worst spine in the NRL.It will b a miracle if we finish higher than 10th.Personally I dont believe we can finish higher than 12th !!

The last few games of the season really showed that Aloiai is more damaging playing wide - keep him in the Second Row.
I'd have Sue on the bench so long as Liddle can play for 80 mins:
Packer
Liddle
Twal
Aloiai
Taylor
Eisenhuth
Mautalino
Grant
Lawrence/McQueen
Sue
Geez I hope we finally reap consistent success. Here’s hoping for a united team that plays with grit & has a win at all costs mentality !Yeah all the photos were spammed over my Insta & fb feed this morning haha
Looks weird seeing Reynolds not in Dogs colours but glad he’s with us. Could be the player Brooks needs to come out of his shell & unveil his potential
A new WT era started today and hopefully it’s a successful one
Ha, poor Brooks looks a bit awkward in that photo. First day intros can suck for some personality types
I have a hunch he will b shipping out !Obviously just a couple of pics but he looks fit. I've been to 2 open training sessions the last 2 years and on both occasions Brooks was dead last in all the fitness drills. A lot of his mistakes would come later in halves and I think a lot of it was due to a lack of fitness.
Luke has always seemed like a real relaxed dude and I think perhaps he didn't take everything as seriously as he should of. He's probably had a rails ride to the 7, never been challenged and always had his mates there with him. Now they've all gone and there's 3 genuine half options in the squad. Time for him to shape up or ship out
