i dont know if this is a thing, as ive never been to a finals match, but i just bought a ticket to the broncos v cowboys, got one of the worse seats in the house- the only cheaper seat was up the corner behind the goal posts- and it was $53... right up the back on the 10m line. Sideline anywhere is $80...
is it just qld that gets screwed or is this because of finals??

And QLD want the GF? GF ticket's won't be $50!

Wait till you host the GF Qualifier, ticket prices will be more expensive!

Those ticket prices aren't to different then the Sydney games prices...

Yeah, ticket prices at the Roosters are fuggin disgusting

Members are being forced to pay $15 for a seat at Allianz on Friday night and I'll be so drunk by kick off that I won't be able to remember any of the sodding game

If only tickets were $80 and then I wouldn't be able to afford beer and would be able to remember the game

As it is I'll have to record the bloody thing and watch it the next morning with a hangover

Damn bloody cheap bastard ticket prices

Keep it in the crowd thread.. and yeah eight of us are going for a total of $140 in great seats.

Do your homework before they go on sale ;-)

Broncos regular season home games are diabolical $40 - $95 a ticket.

Broncos home finals with prices set by the NRL are amazing. You need to be strategic with where you want to sit.

Student/pensioner tickets in the category white $12! $20 for adults.

I got 3 seats (two adults, one child) in row 5 for $45. That's an amazing price. Same seats for a regular Broncos game would have been $76

put simply, OP was too slow, and missed the good cheap seats.

I paid $60 for my cat 1 ticket to the roosters final, right on halfway. If we make it there I expect prelim tickets will be about $90. I don't like the cheap $15 tickets as they are always in shithouse positions.

I would prefer they offer cheap tickets all throughout the ground to members of ANY club to all finals games, not just bronze equivalent. Until we are getting stadiums at least 60% full for finals games they shouldn't try and gouge money from ticket prices

Doesn't really apply at Suncorp, I paid $12 for this exact view:

Yeah yeah and there isn't technically a bad view at the SFS either, but I still would never sit behind the goalposts at either stadium.

With Suncorp specifically though, I was frankly a bit disappointed when I went to my first game there due to how far back from sideline the grandstand is on the tunnel side. Much further from the action than at Allianz.

Hayne 49ers jerseys flying off the shelves at $100 a pop(which is probably around $143 Aussie dollars)

People are willing to spend $143 dollars on a jersey so ticket prices are not the problem, something else is.

We are not worthy of this champion

I thought the complete opposite and was disappointed with Allianz. Particularly the lower few rows that are at a weird gradient then sweep up.

At Alliance if the crowd is going to below 23K I buy GA tickets and just sit in the more expensive seats that are vacant...

I think about doing this and always end up sitting in the corners of the stadium anyway as no one can be arsed going and looking for seats

You always see loads of empty seats on the sides at Allianz when watching on TV and then wonder why people are sitting in the corners

Well, that'd be me and my lazy arsed mates who just can't be bothered walking any further than bay 31

The mid height corners are great at Suncorp, usually the cheapest category ticket and better than most gold seats down the bottom.

Couldn't believe yesterday when I saw them for $20! Ticket prices very reasonable for finals games.

Yeah I agree and I also paid for the Cat 1 tickets. I don't mind paying $60 for that kind of ticket especially when tickets in Bay 9-10 on the 10m line were only $10 cheaper.
