Channel 10 reporting it is almost sold out.
Yawn.
Suity
That's because it probably is?
What's your point...
Judge Swifty
Following on from Dude, the Panthers game at the back end of last season was also supposedly a sellout and didn't hit 20 000.
That's my point.
This sellout talk is bullsh*t until they actually say it's sold out, and even then, there's always empty seats.
It's a joke, and we need the hills back, or at least an area of general admission that isn't seats.
Suity
There ya go Swifty. A sellout, eh?
Crowd figure of 19800. Ground capacity of 20500.
Sellout? Pfffftt.
Catering was again stretched to beyond its limits, and was unable to keep up.
The ground either needs an upgrade, or we should move to Homebush permanently. In this day and age, it is just totally unacceptable.
As for the screen - it's plainly a debacle. I got told to not stand on my seat while watching replays on the screen. It was the only way I could see it and even then, I could only see about two thirds of it.
I told the bloke I'd only sit down when the advertising hoardings were removed. He didn't ask me again.
