Not many people wanted it at Parra. If you had any sense you were looking forward to it being at Telstra (and you understood the finals venue allocation system).

Is it Saturday yet?

Saturday is FIVE longgggg days away!!

All week people (Parra fans) have been calling talkback radio, flooding forums and newpaper blogs etc... This game should get 50,000, would of crazy to put it at Parramatta.

I haven't seen it. I've seen a few ill-informed geese getting uppity. "All week"? The game was only decided on Sunday night!

Anyway, whatever - it's going to be electric. :D

Crazy!!! The guy at ticketek had seats for me on the computer (He didn't reserve them the idiot lol), but we spoke about the game for 1 minute and walla the seats were GONE. It's been like that all day he said!

If people really are thinking about going or want to go BUY your tickets today or tomorrow... You might miss out on the good seats.

Sounds positive. I might go along as a nuetral.

Though to be honest, I can't see why this game shouldn't get 60-70. This is a huge game, traditional rivals...it is about time people got off the lounge and supported their team. All to play for in a western derby.

I do think it might of done better with a sunday arvo match. Thoughts?

I guess time will tell...

I go to the football everyweek with 4 or 5 people... My mates who don't usually go to the football want to go on saturday... I bought 16 tickets BUT so many more wanted tickets (I didn't have enough money to cover them until saturday lol)... It will be disappointing if 50,000 don't go.

Looks like it could be a bumper crowd, but ticketek can be misleading.

I'll probably go out and have a few schooners in the cheap seats behind the posts.

You still wouldn't expect many neutrals to go to this, whereas a gf will have plenty of neutrals, and may still be viewed as a derby game.

If this hits 70k, wuold it be considered the biggest derby game ever in Sydney?

I just hope we aren't disappointed...

I was really excited by the talk of 40k at the other dogs game...and we got 35.

So im thinking 40 + is a good result.

Why not... I hope a lot of people who don't support either team go!

Well that is another reason I am going. Quite frankly the fact Flegg are playing just topped it off for me to go

For the information of KNIGHTS and TIGERS fans, your teams are playing in Flegg (Balmain v Eels 3:45pm) and Premier League (Knights v Eels, 5:35pm) respectively. Don't be afraid, get out to the game for a great night at the footy!
