Tiger to play for Samoa

Ben Te'o will play for Samoa. I didn't know Maitua had been recruited either. I thought he played for Australia last year so he shouldn't be allowed to play for Samoa.

Maitua obviously realises he isn't a hope in hell of making the Australian team so switched allegiances. Completely wrong.

Te'o, lol. I hope he shows a LOT more passion for Samoa than he does for the Tigers. Bludger.

matuia has publicly stated in the past that he has zero interest in playing for samoa as he is simply, not samoan. the fact that he is now playing for them, after he has played for australia shows what a joke our admin is. he realises that he will get a free run in the world cup without affecting his chances of ever playing for aus again (not that he would make it). he would drop samoa in a second for australia, and its player such as him, wallace, jennings etc that should be nowhere near this world cup unless they are playing for australia ( or choose to commit to those countries for their careers).

actually, before shooting your mouth off, he made the statements before the world cup qualifiers held at the western weekender stadium in penrith in 06. i also remember him saying something very similar about new zealand.
