Don't know what to think of this signing, on his day he was fairly damaging but he was inconsistent. Possibly be used in the second row. Potter might be able to get something out of him...here's hoping.

I think we aren't going to attract any big name players untill 2015. If we can show in 2014 that our hearts are in it and some sort of team structure then big name players will start to consider us

Why buy a player who will not have played NRL for 3 years and was a perennial failure back then who couldnt hold down a first grade spot and drifted from club to club?

Boggles my mind.

Must be second tier....but still....wouldnt want him even there.

He will probably only be a NSW Cup player for Wests which to be fair is the standard that he belongs in. He was on the bench for a few games only in the first half of the year - I don't know if he was injured though - for the Jets playing limited minutes as an interchange backrower then I think he cracked the backline when O'Sullivan went to Rugby and Henry played in the halves consistently. Gordon had a couple of good games in the middle part where the Jets dominated some average teams, scored a few tries being far too big to handle when close to the line but not much else to write home about. Certainly not a standout like most of the other backs.

Just when you think things are finally changing,they go back to the "past their use by date bin".

When is this club ever going to learn,okay its probably only a second tier contract,but every player we sign should be a potential first grader and Gordon dosnt fall into that category and any shape or form.

Isnt it funny Manly,The Storm and the like can pick up quality cheap buys but we always end up with duds
