Tigers wont rush to sign Head

I would like to see him play 80 minutes and be our primary kicking option before offering a 2009 contract.

Watching him get palmed off twice as Aubusson raced off to score last week didnt fill me with confidence regarding his defense.

Wait and see.

what about benji and harrison? there tackles were equally as pathetic.

or lawrence who gave up chasing about 50 meters out from the line.

the article is a bit odd. basically saying head wants to stay, sheens is happy with him, but nothing has been done. to me it reads that the tigers havent even spoken to him about next year.

Sounds like a case of a player's manager sowing some seeds with a jurno to try and drum ups some interest. Head should be signed, but gee I would like so see a few of the squad that are contracted for next year shopped off to ESL and buy a quality front row. Poor KG who is a work in progress at best is having to do a lot of donkey work

The trend of pattern is usually those who are signed on 1yr deals are usually left to play out close to that 1yr before ANYTHING gets re-negotiated.
Don't panic guys. ;-)

Another two try assists last night, plus a try and some good kicking (his kick for Rhino's try was utter class).

Please, f**king sign him up already. In form he is one of the best halfbacks in the comp.

When I saw him limping holding his knee area my heart sank. Haven't heard much about it so looks like it was nothing, but gee it was a scary moment.

I think his knee gives him grief towards the ends of most matches, so expect him to be hobbling a bit at the back end of matches

I think he just took a bump at the end of the match. The trainer ran on and he just told him to go away, he was limping for a couple of minutes but fine after that. Could have been his ankle or knee, not sure.
