I don't believe the team can afford to carry Uati and McKinnon. Brown and one of the younger wingers appear better options.

Also, young Miller appears to have a strong running, kicking and organising game. Perhaps a chance of promotion?

I think Lui is fine at #7, then again so is Moltzen.

Moltzen is no good a fullback, he gets pushed back into in goal when fielding kicks near the line and he is positional play is poor...

The dilemma is we only have room for one #7.

I don't know. I watched some Moltzen from early last year, and while he was trouble in defence out the back, he was dynamic in attack. McKinnin will no doubt be safer but can he be as explosive as Moltzen?
