IMO, it's more Inu or Reddy.

yeh thats what i was thinking, id probably keep inu with the way we r looking at the moment at the back, burt, thau one side inu and grothe the other, although reddy and grothe sparked up a great combo last year

imo inu over reddy

I think Tahu fired up our players, he was bloody fantastic today, in defence and attack. Well done T.

being at the game after one tackle Tahu did (burgess as i recall) burgess dropped tahu cheered and was going pretty nuts yelling and yahooing, it pumped the crowd up watching it on the big screen a close up of T

Timana is our pride and saviour, but he cant keep doing this forever.

Im saying take Inu because hes the long term choice. He'll get better but T has seen his best days

Yet he's got worse and worse since his debut in '07. Cant keep waiting around for Inu to play to his potential.

At the moment, and till the day he retires, I will take Tahu. But the day he retires will be coming alot sooner then Inu's day. So right now, Inu needs to decide if he is willing to stay for less money and wait for Tahu to retire or try to oust Grothe from the wing (as Reddy, Tahu and Burt are locked away. Grothe and Inu are our only backs off contract). Personally, I think the club should be pushing Grothe to make a decision already on what he wants to do.

Does anyone know if we have offered Grothe a contract?

what was their backline towards the end of the game. i know burt switched to fullback, and tahu went deep for the fifth tackle like a winger. that would leave hayne at centre where he played more of a second five eighth role. possible combination maybe?

I think you will find that Jarryd was still on the wing, Tahu just went back for the kick return coz Hayne was stuffed. Looks like it could be some rib injury. Easy week for him me thinks.

This seems obvious doesnt it. Timana has achieved everything in rugby league, while Inu has done nothing but score a few tries and kick some goals. In a perfect world you would want to keep both but in this world with the salary cap and Gallop the wanker then we can only keep one since Joel Reddy has the other position on lockdown..

For me, I would resign Inu to a decent contract and let Timana go at end of season. Because Timana is not the player he once was, what told me this was when he kicked through near the end of the game today and was one on one with wesser. The old Tahu would have picked it up and scored, but this one now looked like he had nothing left.

Mate wake up. T has another two years after this one on his contract. Inu hasn't got a contract after this year as yet. So I would love to keep INu but his manager is asking for to much money.

Tahu has played 5 hopeless games and 1 good game, lets not go overboard and treat him like a God after one decent performance.

while that tackle attempt on best was awful to say the least i think inu wasn't playing on his preferred side of the field. from memory, and happy to be corrected here, he normally would play left side?

if this is the case then it's no surprise that his defence was a bit scratchy as playing on your non-preferred side changes the dynamics of how you tackle in a big way. i don't think there are too many centres that comfortably adjust to their non-preferred side.

I think that "playing on the wrong side" is a pretty poor excuse for a professional footballer on six figure contract.

I actually think we'll see the best of T as the season goes on on the proviso that he stays on the field of course. the 2 season he had playing rugby has really set him back.

tahu is a big game player and will step it up when required. if only we had him against GI in the GF last year.
inu is a solid first grader who very rarely steps up when required

I like Krisnan Inu, but I dont think you can put a shocking one on one miss like that down to the side of the field he was playing. Positioning, maybe, but not a basic one on one.

the real argument should be Inu or Reddy, now that Reddy has served his one week suspension, who will they pick ?

Dude - that is the biggest load of crap i think I have read for a while. Tahu was outstanding yesterday. His hit changed the game yesterday and he scored the opening try where he had the foresight to follow Horo for a flick pass.

And you aren't happy because despite his neat kick into the in goal area he didn't get there fast enough for your liking. You are kidding.

Did you watch the game?
