tip for grand final?

At the moment it feels like Manly v Eels. Manly mainly because of their forward pack and Stewart back at fullback and the Eels because of their new-found steel in defense and electric attack. Both teams are explosive all over the park both in defense and attack. They are the two teams who have the mental toughness to get them through to the GF.

I dont think It will be an Eels v Dogs GF (even thou I want it I just dont think it possible). I would think it will be a Brisbane v Titans in one prelim final and Dogs v Eels in the second meaning it will be a Qld v NSW team with the ultimate State of Orgin.

Any of the combinations are possible and any team could take it out. The way i get that is the following result this weekend: Eels, Brisbane, Titans, Panthers, Storm and Dogs win (cowboys and rabbits also win but dont effect the 8 either way).

The games will be Dogs v Penrith (dogs win and week off, penny out), Titans v Eagles (titans win and week off, eagles out), Saints v Eels (Eels win), Brisbane v Storm (Brisbane win). Then the Eels v Storm (Eels win and play the Dogs) and then Brisbane v Dragons (Brisbane win and the Dragons fold with the 6th sucessive loss).

I just want to say I dont wanna wright the dragons off, I think they will come good but will be betten by better teams on the day. We will have a very hard 2 weeks ahead of us and if we can beat them twice in a row (assuming results pan out) it will be a very good effort

I dont know who is going to do what, I just think that the Titans may be the team to beat this year.

To win a GF, you need a champion halfback (imo). Kimmorley injury will be quite significant.

Moanly have nothing. If it were not for the refs, they would not even have been in the 8.
