Last time I caught a bus I ended up in wrong suburb. What is the go? It stopped so I just got on ffs.

Why does it fail?

It cleared up and the tropical fruit hit has diminished. It was strong in the tube but not now. I probably didnt use enough and my S.G. for the boil would have been over 1.040 so not ideal.

I didn't write it down but off the top of my head (and remember I did say "ish" lol)
2x Coopers Lager
1x Coopers Real
2kg ldme
1kg dex
100g Riwaka + 100g Amarillo? @ >80C whirlpool for 30-40 mins.
That's the bit where i was testing out the whirlpool as i hadnt done it much and needed for the Neipa. Will use double that next time and dry hop + steep oats and not use the US05 that went into it.

The numbers go up to 60 and there's about another 7L of headspace above that. I keg and i'm lazy so its perfect for me. The US05 is good for the big batches as you never get a crazy krausen with it.

The one I used to catch on Windsor Rd, Diagonally opposite the B&Bush, would come straight down Windsor Rd from C/Hill / Bella Vista. Whether it came up the Boulevard or Crestwood, I couldn't say.

Change for the sake of change is dumb and never works. Wenty players can perform well at their own level and earn a call up

So if you left it 12 months and then put it on tap, is there a timeframe you would need to drink it by once it is tapped?
