A message had to be sent that there are consequences for failure, and there also needs to be encouragement to reserves that opportunities are available. Tracey and Trindall desperately need to spend more time in NRL - otherwise they will be dragged down by the low standards of reserves due to not being challenged and not having the motivation or incentive of first grade opportunity.
