....

The segment itself doesn't sound bad, and the Aries/Roode partnership has promise - but Taz? Mother-f**king Taz!?

It's becoming clearer with each passing week that TNA had no idea where the Aces & Eights thing was headed when they started. Getting the same feeling with the Shield, actually...

What bugs me about Aces & Eights is that TNA put so many eggs into their basket yet there really isn't an end game.

Shield were really only brought into protect Ryback while Punk kept the belt until his inevitable match with The Rock at the Rumble. You could easily tie them to Heyman and go from there post-Mania.

Aces + Eights started as a vehicle to bring back Jeff Jarrett, then that idea got the chop. Then we seem to think that it is something for Bubba Ray, but that's getting cloudy. I'm starting to get a bad feeling in my waters that it could be a way to bring back Eric Bischoff as an on screen character.

Reserving judgement here.

One thing I always wanted from A&8's was not to reveal every member at the same time and progressively work through the lower levels until revealing the head of the snake.

That appears to be what they're doing, even if it has taken too long to do it.

I like the Taz move. I doubt they'll remove him from commentary and hope they keep him there to give A&8 a voice (play up the heel/face commentator dynamic).

Like most my biggest concern is that the end game is unlikely to be anything special. Jarrett, Bischoff, Bully, I don't see many guys who can come in and lead a group while not being a disappointment.

I also like the Taz move. I thought it was cheesy with how he pulled off the jacket and revealed his 'patch'.

Highlight of the show, again for me, the Booby Roode/Austin Aries 'objection' segment. Them and James Storm are easily my top three wrestlers at the moment. Good stuff. I thought York and King had a couple of botches, but they told a good story and built a new feud well. Good way to get interest in two guys who aren't massively over.

I'd have liked to have heard more on the state of Kurt Angle, and maybe Samoa Joe looking to take revenge, and perhaps play up the Mr Anderson position a little more. The main thing I didn't like over the past week or so with Aces and Eights is how easily Sting beat down Mike Knox, they need to build AOE up to be more dominant to get real heel heat.

How many more reveals do you see there being? Or, in other words, how many masked members do they still have?

I haven't been paying complete attention to the angle, what is their deal? Why do they keep invading TNA? Bitterness? Or just because and bikers are awesome, just ask Chuck Palumbo. It was the only gimmick that got him remotely over.

Garrett Bischoff + Wes Brisco are now members, after running down Kurt Angle in his Steel Cage match vs Ken Anderson

No shock really with Brisco, guess they are trying to make Bischoff Jr relevant

Both had been telegraphed for months. Not exactly sure what tipped Garrett off but it was a bit of a running gag with Meltzer & Alvarez (eg. how long will it take for them to finally turn on Kurt)

Just saw something gross on twitter, Hulk Hogan tweeted a photo of Brooke Hogan's legs... creepy.
