He now has gotten three clubs to at least Preliminary Finals.
How does this record compare to every other coach, ever?
Brian Smith got Dragons, Parramatta and Roosters to a GF each.

Surely you would agree that Bennet's multiple premierships would trump that record though?
Seriously, what is everyone's issue with our squad? It's very decent.
Sounds like Gus.Deep down I knew he'd get the Broncos up and running, even if I imagined he wouldn't . . . how good will they go when he gets Hunt, who I think is a great player, kicking better on the last
http://www.triplem.com.au/master/sp...appointed-that-bennett-failed-at-the-knights/Adam 'Mad Dog' MacDougall spoke out about Wayne Bennett and his time at the Knights during their defeat to the Raiders on Friday night.
The former Knights star was a guest on Triple M on Friday night and he had a lot to say about his Wayne Bennett's time at his former club.
Bennett famously said I can't do any more for the club which Mad Dog believes was him "putting his hands up and saying he failed."
The Broncos coach has had a brilliant season with his new club but MacDougall said many of the players questioned his methods "he basically failed to buy into the modernisation of the game. The game has moved ahead and Wayne was stuck in his ways."
Sounds like Gus.
Hope you're not saying I sound like Jabba, fmd what an insult.
Bennett took a lot of unnecessary flak from the insular section of Knights fans who would be happy with wooden spoons as long as the team are all locals, he managed to steer the club through a lot of on and off-field drama with McKinnon, Tinkler and whatever other crisis I've pushed from my mind, I'm happy to see him doing well and proving to his doubters that he's still one of the best going around, meanwhile we sink further and further like anything tied to a Stone.

So Bennett coached the same successfully for 30years EXCEPT at the Knights and it's his fault? Pretty obvious that the Knights didn't buy into what he was trying to do and now they have who they wanted coaching and look how they're going! Good old Stoney, he's our mate!
