How would you describe the overall financial position of your club (in terms of the leagues club, profit/loss situation, revenue etc.)? In your opinion, what do you think of Brookvale Oval and also the crowd attendances you have been obtaining there? What changes do you think need to be made (in regards to any areas of concern) if you were in control of the Sea Eagles club?

Manly are still somewhat precarious financially according to the Sydney Morning Herald. However we are a lot better off than we were five years ago and the current admin seems to be doing very well. The Penn brothers have added financial nouse.

Brookie is a great ground but it does not have enough sponsor boxes etc to raise the top revenue needed. Brookie is urgently in need of more boxes, a Grandstand on the Eastern side, with a hill in front of it (as indicated on the website). The club is hopeful of State and Federal funding (provided to clubs like the Dragons and Panthers) for this development.

Brookvale will never be given funding and upgraded whilst the government seat is still safe.
