Correct, most of us are Dragons supporters.
Everytime l went to Robina Stadium to watch our Saints, the trains, the ground, etc were mostly Dragon fans.

I don’t dispute that many Saints fans have simply given up going as a way of protestation, but the Titans have never been a drawcard,

I take your point Jimmy, and Im sure all fans want us to get through this period, however it appears that one of the few methods left to change the past 8-9 years, is through voting their feet/membership.

You see, I take a differing view.

It would be far more advantageous if either Kogarah or Wollongong (preferably both) were packed to the rafters with raucous fans all armed with enlarged banners indicating their collective displeasure at the status quo.

People have (at times) suggested a public march, which in reality, won’t happen because of laziness. This would be equally effective in drawing attention.

If fans are really keen on making change, sitting back and doing f**k all by avoiding matches won’t do a thing except putting the club at financial risk a la Newtown back in 1983.

Excellent idea, however mate, how do you suggest we get these stadiums packed out ? Seriously, we cant even pack them out when we are in contention. We will end up with the same dozen or so banners, of Mary Out, but instead of 7000 people we will have enough to make them break even on game day.

As it stands, break even will mean not survival of the Club, but rather justification for the board to maintain the current path.

Put it this way. the "smell of Newtown" will come around if the Club keeps doing whats its doing.. And this isnt on Mary. Its on the board.

I'm a long time supporter with Season tickets as far back as I can remember. Who would want to go and watch us play against the bottom of the ladder with us attempting to not be that ourselves-and on a day only a lunatic would go out in because it was sooo cold!!. Unfortunately I've (like many others) now got 2 more home games to go to because of the season pass, and I've paid for them-very expensively too- so I'm going to them. This year is an absolute disgrace-now were shit and I'm stuck with 2 more games I really don't want to go to, but I'm stuck with the tickets. But I'm a Saints supporter so I'll go-win ,lose, or draw. But I'm sure there's many like me who just aren't going to go for the rest of the reason because its painful to watch our terrible performance week in,week out and our pathetic coach getting up once again to explain it away while refusing to dump anyone because it might hurt their feelings.I went to see James Graham because he's been so good for us, and it was an embarrassment to see such a small crowd for such a bi event but Dragons management have no-one to blame bar themselves. We almost lost as well to team number 16. My God why do I put myself through this. But my Dad always taught me you have to support through thick and thin-so we do

Didn't Doust put through a memorandum to fans the last timewe were in a similar predicament, that Banners ( negative ) would be taken away and the owners escorted out of the ground ?....

Fair points...I think the opposing view is that if crowd numbers/memberships drop, it may force the Board to act, but you are certainly entitled to your view.

The club doesn't deserve loyal supporters such as yourself.

Even if there were 100 banners in a crowd of 10k plus, the board would still keep fingers in ears, heads in sand...taking the money away from them is the only realistic choice left.

Very loyal thing to do mate...but will you still go around next year when the Imposter is still in charge....unfortunately I feel your support will once again be for the thin more so than the thick....anyhow cant question your enthusiasm
