Wests - 17 Wooden Spoons and a +50% win ratio against only Adelaide, Western Reds, Gold Coast, University, Annandale, Parra, Penny Panthers, Norths and Sth Qld...a proud bunch.

Balmain enjoyed a 58% win ratio against your mob..
As much as I'm a balmain supporter, The first 30 years of the competition saw a majority of the games greats coming from the Balmain/Glebe/Sydney area. The Western Suburbs was a strong Rugby Union area for quite some time longer than in the rest of Sydney, which prevented the Magpies from getting a great deal of the quality players. Then Canterbury and to a lesser extent, Parramatta, entered the comp and took more away from Wests area. Just as Wests were starting to make progress and become successful in the 50's and 60's, Penrith entered the comp, and again, started dipping into the Magpies territory.

The games expansion damaged Wests.

Over the same period of time Balmain, Annandale and Glebe were fighting over one small area, and over time Glebe and Annandale left, leaving Balmain with more area to get players from.

Wests poor record and Balmains good record has a lot to do with those few simple factors.

All things told, Wests did pretty damn well with what they had, their record is not too dissimilar to that of Norths, who were in a much better situation in regards to player availability and expansion.

Even THEY hand pick the Magpies best. BRET jerseys should have a Maggie on em too.

Where's the pic of Fulton scoring his debut try for BRET this year? You must've missed that game at BlueTongue and seen the elation on his face when he powered over the white stripe. And besides, a Hawk is a much more fearsome creature. :D

The magpie ... a serial pest in need of a cull

The tiger ... one of the planet's most graceful, feared, desired and sought after animals

Hey moth (you don't deserve the respect of capital letters), you keep posting your comments on the wrong thread.

You should be posting on the thread started by your mate Tigger, you know the one, its the sticky one at the top of the page, the worst call made this century.

If we win the premiership this year, I dont know which thread you started to make as a sticky along side Tiggers. They are all pathetic.

i see my post got deleted but its ok for him to say sh*t to me
I don't care if a forummer says sh*t to another forummer, go for it.

But the minute any gutless f**kwit decides to bring a forummers family members into the equation, your post will be deleted.

There are guidelines in place. Abide by them.
If you have a problem with this, either PM me or send an email to forums@leagueunlimited.com

And just for the record, you've given plenty back which has remained untouched. You make 200 insulting posts to each other, 1 delete one which goes to far and you cry foul.

Pull your f**king head in.
