Tonights games.

Well both of tonights matches are favourable to the Eels.

With the Bulldogs loss, Parra only needs to win to secure 5th spot.

With the Knights win, Brisbane is insured their finals spot so they won't have the urgency they would have had if it was a do or die game.

With the Knights win, Penrith must beat the Warriors do avoid the spoon so added incentive is their.

If Warriors lose and Parra win, Parra gets a home semi against the Warriors, where the Warriors haven't won in over 10 years.

Also, if the Eels win on Sunday, Broncos play Melbourne in week 1. If the Broncos win on Sunday, the Eels play Melbourne in week 1.

FIRE UP BOYS.

Plenty of incentive to do well, for us and the Broncos. You would have to say given current form they will win comfortably. But we are not without a chance...

I am feeling nervous already, no chance I will be watching the game until I know we've won. Won't watch it at all if we lose and I will tear my hair out if I read in here that we did not turn up again!

Had my tickets, was all set and ready to go...And some arsewipe calls in and says he has to "study because he has a major exam on Monday". Turns out I'm working on Sunday and I am super pissed.

At least they're covering my tickets expenses and my dad and sis can still go. But man...I'm pissed. I told them a week ago I wanted to go to this game. That's just not right.

U forgot the most important thing.

With the Tiger's loss, Eels can now in no way miss out on the finals! No not even mathematically. Where as the Broncos can if we beat them by 101.

Last night's results (given that we do win) will more likely see us finish 5th as I think the Warriors will get up over Penrith.

Given all of this, I would rather us finish 6th and play the Cowboys than finish 5th and play the Warriors.

The last quarter of last nights game was ridiculous the way they Cowboys defended.

If they kept a score on the Bulldogs, it would have knocked the crap out of their confidence going into the finals - the way it went however, the Bulldogs will be taking a lot of momentum out of that game, due to the woeful performance without Thurston.

I think it is mathematically impossible that we finish 6th.

I think Penrith have a great chance against the Warriors. Good record against them recently, home game with hopefully a big crowd to see Gower off, and some good form over the last month.

If that domino falls our way, all we need is a victory against the Broncs and we have a Top4 spot and the last month of losses mean zilch.

Come on Pantherinos!

I hope that the play their arses off, and that motivation to avoid the spoon will get them home.
