I think Lowrie is a similar type of player to Chad Robinson. I see potential in Lowrie but there is just something missing from his game. I think he misses to many tackles. He either dosent wrap the ball up when he tackles high and he dose hold the legs together when he goes low.

I think Lowrie and Oak will be replaced by Paulo and Hauraki.

There were far higher paid blokes in our pack who did much less than "Tood" in their time on the field.

is everyone serious? I thought Tood tackled his arse off covering everything the dogs threw at us, and had nothing left for attack...

defence wins games IMO - leave him in there for the trip to NZ

I reckon Lowrie had a pretty good game in the end.. Defended well and carted the ball up and got some metres considering the size of him.. He is no where near as big as some of our other forwards but seems to put in just as much worth ethic.

I think Todd can be an excellent player for us if he gets some consistant 1st grade time and gels with the side on a consistant basis

He went alright on Saturday, If he is in the side for NZ, My tip is he will get better

I was dissapointed when he got out-wrestled by Tonga during the second Dogs try. It's little things like this that he needs to step up and improve on if he wants to make a mark in first grade.

Lowrie get's compared alot to Wags and Robbo, but i'll tell you one thing, that try would not have been scored if Wags or Robbo were making the tackle on Tonga.

Still a poor mans Robbo or Wags IMO.
