There is also a rule that says it is misconduct to do anything that is contrary to the true spirit of the game, I would argue that deliberately throwing the ball at a ref for a repeat set would fall under that category. So if it is clearly deliberate the referee could penalise the player for it.

If you don'f think you can "pass" or "kick" a ball at someone and not make it look accidental then you are kidding.

Well obviously they would make it look accidental, I was just pointing out that if they were to go out of their way to do it on purpose thinking it's their ball no matter what, that the referee does have an option to penalise them. It is extremely unlikely to happen, but if a player was stupid enough to make it look obvious, then there's options other than a scrum.
