Top 2 Finish??????

Probably Getting a little ahead of myself but if we beat the Cowboys on Sat night at WIN and.....
Knights beat Scum
Storm beat Dogs
Eagles beat Ponys
(all probable results as the knights, storm and eagles are at home)

We'll be outright 2nd not only after Round 16 but 17 too(with the bye) then with sucessive home games at OKI v Souths and the Dogs all looks good for a top 2 finish and add to that Barretts return in Round 20 for the Raiders clash in Canberra, so my point is basically our next 4 games are very critical to deciding whether we finish in the Top 2 or not, though first we have a dangerous assignment against the Cowboys as there desperate for the points to stop their slide down the ladder, thoughts????????

I think we have an excellent chance of making the top 2. A lot of good players are set to come back in the next few weeks. If the Dragons play like they did on Friday we'll be there in the end.
But if you lose a few games in a row, bang youre back at the bottom of the top 8 log jam.

I would be happy with 3rd on F/A, in saying that if we finish in the top 2 and did not learn from the week off last year, we don't deserve to win it.

^^ True, we should have learnt.

But I'm trying to work out what they needed to learn from. Saints were struggling going into the Tigers game, after having trouble with Cronulla and looking sluggish the game before Semi's.

For mind, they really were just off song against the Tigers; We couldn't get into the game so to speak, and the dropped balls/Play the ball penalty against Barrett screwed our confidence royally.
