RB Replacement for Walker
LCB Replacement for Wimmer, young bloke. Wimmers is leaving.
Striker (Giovani Simeone)
Wide attacking player but Simeone can play there as well.
CM, possibly Barkley but he could be a plan B as we are looking at a few and Barkley just had a groin op

So hard to get info atm but things are moving and we are told to expect a bit of movement next week. Bear in mind things dont always work out for us because we will not get into a bidding war and we dont pay the wages that others will so who knows.

We are expecting 4 possibly 5 if we can unload Sissoko.

he probably will

it was a 1 hour interview and the media cherry picked the bit that they thought would get the most clicks, they didn't mention anything else he said in the rest of the interview

he may head back north as he gets on but he's only 25 so he has a few years to go yet, after the year he had last year he'd be worth more than Walker, we could sell him for about 60 mill and buy Sessegnon for half that

sorry, you're right

he's at his peak, you can have him when were are finished with him

cant believe Citihad payed 55 mill for Walker, knowing Levy the add ons will be significant as well, last time RM won UCL we got 20mill from RM for Bale and 5mill from RM for ratboy

Really mate... ?

yeh. most of our team were upgraded when we finished second so basically its like a revenue sharing, we won a shit load of money so it was spread around, we pay shitty wages compared to say the other top 6 clubs but they do get decent bonuses.

It seems Dany Rose has done a bit of damage and Poch is pretty pissed off, this is similar to the start of the end for Walker.

@Haffa you may get your wish.

Davinson Sanchez looks set to leave Ajax after just one season
Tottenham have had a bid accepted by Ajax for defender Davinson Sanchez that could be worth up to a club-record £40m, according to Sky sources.

The highly-rated centre-half was Ajax's player of the year last season and was also a target for Barcelona and Inter Milan.

Sanchez has won two caps for Colombia and scored six goals in his first season in Holland's Eredivisie, making a total of 43 appearances after signing last summer from Atletico Nacional.

Ajax had told Sky Sports News earlier this week that they had informed Sanchez they did not want to sell him this summer but have now been convinced to part with their prized asset.

The 21-year-old missed Ajax's first league game of the season - a 2-1 defeat to Heracles Almelo - with the management claiming he was not in the right state of mind to play.

Sanchez, who started against Manchester United in the Europa League final in May, would become Spurs' first signing of the summer.

Spurs have been in the market for a new centre-half and pulled out of negotiations to sign Argentinian Juan Foyth from Estudiantes because Mauricio Pochettino felt they were demanding too much for the youngster.

Kevin Wimmer is a target for West Brom and his departure would leave Spurs short of cover at centre-half behind experienced options Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen and the versatile Eric Dier.

Sky sources understand no official bid has yet been made for Wimmer, but Albion have approached Spurs to ask whether they are prepared to sell.

Federico Fazio has already left Spurs this summer, joining Roma for an undisclosed fee.

Good first up signing, this kid is a beast and he's only 21.

A few others to follow very soon.

Toby's upgrade will be reported very soon, he has apparently been upgraded and rightly so.

Looks like we are still chasing Foyth as a Wimmer replacement, it appears Sanchez has been signed as part of a solid 3 at the back, the other 2 being Vert and Toby as apparently Dier's future maybe further up the pitch. Some outlets are reporting Foyth is already done.

Apparently Barklay's injury is not as bad as first reported but cant play atm so we expect he will be a late signing. Apparently we are still after a wide attacking player as well as Coco is still a month of so away and Ali cant play the first month of UCL.

We may add some decent depth over the next week or so but we're also used to being disappointed so we just need to be patient atm.
