Shame about the result this morning, you guys are not having much luck right now. Thought you played some enterprising football in the first half and were well on top, yet you conceded three goals. Giving away too many free kicks close to goal.

God you guys need some decent midfielders.. Defence will be fine when you don't have your reserve team as D, with King, Dawson, Bale etc all to come back thats no worries, but your midfield is rubbish..

cant argue with that

we got 3 decent newbies, and add Lennon to that and it should be all good, but for some reson they are not being selected yet

Lennon is still 2 weeks away, injuries are killing us atm, we even tried Keane in the mid for a while, he played OK there a few times last year

I'm sure we'll get back on track but as there is no finals, these first few rounds will make it very hard for us at the end of the season

no, not yet for some reason

possibly because he aint that good yet. He isnt rubbish, but isnt great.

He played OK for a mid table bundesliga team last year. He wont be your saviour.

Agreed, Lolesi. Jenas is pretty bad, and they seem to want Steed Malbranque to be their main man which for a club with, well, any ambition is just crazy.

geeez, who said it couldn't get any worse ?

Berba out for two weeks
By Neil Vaughan

JUST when you thought things couldn't get anywhere worse for Tottenham Hotspur, Dimitar Berbatov has been ruled out for at least two weeks with a groin injury.

The Bulgarian striker picked up the injury in the 3-1 defeat against Everton and joins Younes Kaboul on the sidelines. Kaboul is out for around 3-4 weeks with an hamstring problem.

“We’ve had a couple more blows,” Jol told the official Spurs site.

“Younes Kaboul will be out for the next three or four weeks with the hamstring injury he suffered against Everton, that’s a real kick in the teeth and Dimitar Berbatov has a groin problem. It’s an old problem and he will now visit a specialist in Germany. He will be out for a couple of weeks.”

He added: “Gareth Bale is looking better,”

“Our medical team have also told me that Young-Pyo Lee is up to 85 per cent fitness and that will soon be 100 per cent.”
