Train-on squads for Tri-Series

I know it's probably a bit early for this, but the ARL normally starts naming a train-on squad when there are teams who's seasons have ended, ie. starting with the conclusion of the final round of the premiership, they add players from teams that have been knocked out.

Will we be seeing a similar concept for the F7's Tri-Series?

The same thing happened last year. Teams still working through the semi-finals why others were trying organise all sorts of stuff in advance.
No dramas e2w... just me being a worried skipper of the Bluebags.

As you say, it's a while off. Please feel free to discuss it but I'd like to kick this off after the grand final.

We still have to select the captains and the scheduling.

Cheers.

no worries... I guess that's the difference with the NRL... in F7's some of the captains/selectors are most likely playing in the finals... agreed, best not to distract them

It's allright mate. We'll start something up in good time.
The F7s is like the pioneer days of League when players were also club officials. Or when a trainer would have to strap on the boots because someone missed the ferry. Apparently it happened frequently. :D

Can I start up a train on squad for ROTW team, as El C will be captaining the New Zealand Team, I'd like to step up and put my hand up for ROTW captaincy.

I thought it worked well before when the referees chose the captains.
This time I suggest we also get the 2005 referees involved, once they are confirmed.

since ive put my hand up for ROTW selection, and i know i probably wont be picked, but if i do, thanks, but i believe i dont deserve to be picked due to only having 1 article posted (still shocked on making city) whilst other posters have posted all season and they miss out

No biggie but can we talk about this later? This was agreed upon months ago and I'm confident we can work something out.
Anyone can play for any team.

I think half of them will be intersted in playing in the tri-series , so I think we have the numbers for a strong squad.
