hope he is a good DM as well
its basically the only position we dont have covered
What about strikers?
You've lost Keane and have Berbatov, who looks likely to stay but doesnt want to be there.
We heard that last year as well...
I'm not too worried about our attacking options fishy
Bent is the only one remaining from last year, he has scored 7 in his last two games, but you need to consider the opposition, we've been winning by 5 and 6 goals
alot will depend on our formation, whether we play a lone striker or the standard 442, I doubt Ramos will do anything standard
Dos Santos has been playing as an attacking mid, same role will be played by butshaver, who will be announced very soon.
Villa is the obvious main striker, he is expected to sign next week, Milito (who I've never seen or heard of) has agreed to terms and should be announced soon, but from what I can gather he will be back up to our main two.
Pavylechenko (sp) has agreed to terms so has his club, Spurs are waiting on the Villa outcome before they decide to preceed with Pavly as they dont rate him above Bent, Villa and Milito
Geeze Twiz they're a bit thin the striking options....

Umm....but it's Darren Bent
The Darren Bent who top scored for an Englishman two seasons ago and even with limited opportunities, still had the best goals to minutes played ratio of all of Spurs' strikers last season?
Jay is right fishy
I've seen the stat posted on COYS, cbf looking for it now
for the hours he has spent on the pitch, he has outscored Berby and Keane, and we just got 48mill for them two
that's a pretty useful stat if you're into stats
totally agree and if he is our main striker we are in strife, but I dont believe he is crap
having said that, he scored again last night in a 2-0 win against Celtic, 8 in 3 games is pretty good effort
That game is on setanta right now.....
I've goven up watching the friendlies on setanta. At least one on live everyday it seems, but geeze they're boring.
