transferring from word

not being very computer literate i was wondering if some one could tell me how i can get a document off microsoft word that i wrote and put it on the forums,

normally you would post an attachement...on my settings it says i cant post attachments....not sure if you can or not.

look to toe very bottom left of this page under the "post reply" button it has 'posting rules' and it will say if you can or cannot post attachments

sometimes it's best to copy and paste from word into a new text document and then copy and paste that into a post.

Copy from word into notepad and then into the forums.
