There were a few young blokes give it a real good go. Most will have little chance of an NRL berth to start but they put some thinking into Pissflaps head.

Ava looked like a different Ava to me. So strong through the legs.

Katoa was fabulous on the wing and has a better haircut than Coifee.

All the young props looked like 1st graders in the making. Vasquez, Dillon, Cruz-Toupé and Uele all looked good. Illett was ripped off for minutes but hes a big farger.

Did you have a look at the game Ads? He was easily the best plodder on the park in the 2nd half

He ran good lines, and also pushed through in tackles and when made a break didnt panic even though was only trial took the tackle, and we scored from it
