Wise helped us win against the drags in the finals in 2002. Rieck ran rings around him

considering that Rieck was on the opposite wing to Wise you will find that this never happened. Rieck ran rings around Leo Clarke before he was substitued and then Lee Hookey came in for some punishment
Mellor was the one who ran OVER Wise all night

Two team had two different attitudes.

Parra played over 30 players in typical trial match conditions, which the Sharks stuck with the basic team as selected for 4 quarters.

Whilst it could be argued that Parra played alot of reserves players, they were also a lot fresher in a very hot and humid game.

I would not read anyting into the score line, other than both teams scored some good trys.

Im ok with it . We will be so far infront of them at the end of the season. And what about Smith in the sunday paper going on about how Parra "make players" not steele them or buy them. What a joke! In the same breath as talking up Dykes! Jeez this guy has lost it. They would be better with Taylor a guy we can all respect.

Yep, Smith has been there far too long without a premiership. Cannings was poached from Manly too.

Works both ways....Parra have done alot of poaching but why shouldn't they??.....hell everyone steals our players why not we go out and buy their's??
