Now I have to rummage through the NRL drug policy.
A player gets a suspended fine and counselling for a first ‘recreational’ drug infringement.
Of course, we have the potential expired (or suspended) licence and drink driving sanction to pile on top….allegedly.

I think the stand down policy is for criminal charges over 10 years or something which this wouldn’t be.
