News Tristan Sailor charged with alleged sexual assault

In your imagination perhaps, but not what I was thinking. What you clearly were doing is supporting an alleged sexual assaulter. How about showing outrage that a young woman was allegedly brutally raped?!

You were implying something very low, nasty, mean and you should retract it.

Btw How can you show outrage about an allegation instead of a fact? You imbecile.

The rule of law of course allows for allegations to be tested in court, but they don't just randomly arrest somebody for a crime, they clearly have a basis to charge him ffs

Timmah im not talking about the charge, you are right, but I’m talking just the bail. The rules of bail favour the accused unless special circumstances exist. On the face of it, from what o understand, he does not appear to meet the criteria to be held.

I retract my child abuse/ sex offence comments- but not my response to the dickhead making allegations against me.

Ps They may not have a basis to charge him, but they may think they do ( to be pedantic).

But it’s close to 8% at least who are found to be totally innocent. Should never have been charged.

Bail Act NSW if anyone’s interested. @Mr Spock! hes the forum lawyer I think or at least knows something about it.

Close to 8% innocent means 92% are found guilty. Those aren't great odds.

As for bail - without you knowing the facts of the case you're making a lot of assumptions.

Perhaps wait for the processes to take their place.

Whatever you reckon pal. Try to prove an implication. You can't because it's in your head.

An allegation is based on a complaint made by a complainant, and any evidence present. As Timmah said, they usually have good reason to charge someone with an indictable offense. I'd suggest it's quite easy to be outraged about an alleged aggravated sexual assault, since you'd be outraged on the belief it took place, or the mere thought of it.

Tristan like anyone else, is innocent until proven guilty, but I'm certainly more concerned for the alleged victim than him!

What allegations were made against you? That your outrage is misplaced? Very offensive allegation I'd imagine.

No choice but to succumb to process.

He was picked up at home, that knocks that criterion out doesn’t it?

He’s no flight risk and odds are long he’s threatening people.

I still reckon he will be out quickly. May have to report to cops 3 times a week.

8% is too high for mine!

Its just police bail. He will get bail straight away when he is in front of a magistrate. Don't forget how racist NSW police are or how much they hate NRL players. No NRL player is getting police bail.

Why do you love alleged false accusers so much? Do you even know how much damage they do? You are sick.

I'll repeat, you're making a number of assumptions without knowing the case information. Suggest you tread carefully.

I think @SBD82 has summed up the rest.
